What we store

• Your email address, if you send it through the form.
• The date and time you sent it, and which version of the consent sentence you saw.

That is the whole record. We do not store your IP address, your browser, your location or a wallet address. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. Your browser remembers one thing on its own, the light or dark theme you picked.

Why

To email you when betting opens on Solana devnet, and again when the product opens with real money, if it does. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not use it for anything else.

Where it lives and who can read it

In a file on a server we rent in the United States, readable only by the service that runs this site and by the founders of Brot Markets, who administer that server. Requests to this site pass through Cloudflare, which handles them under its own privacy policy and sees your IP address as any network provider does.

How long

Until you leave, or for twelve months from the day you joined, whichever comes first. Addresses older than twelve months are deleted automatically.
